However, cryptocurrency trading, including copy trading, is highly volatile and subject to rapid fluctuations. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
1.2. Global & Geopolitical Impact – Market conditions can be influenced by global economic trends, geopolitical shifts, and unforeseen macroeconomic factors. While TradeBNB.AI leverages its expertise and advanced strategies to navigate these challenges, external conditions beyond our control may impact trading outcomes.
1.3. Best Efforts, No Guarantees – Our team applies professional experience and cutting-edge technology to optimize performance and mitigate risks. However, due to the nature of the market, no profit is guaranteed, and losses may occur.
1.4. No Liability for Losses – In cases where global market conditions, geopolitical events, or unforeseen incidents such as asset depegging (e.g., USDC, USDT), exchange hacks, liquidity crises, or regulatory interventions cause significant market shifts, TradeBNB.AI will make every effort to adapt its strategies. However, users acknowledge that the company is not responsible for any financial losses incurred under such conditions.
2. Copy Trading Terms

3. Fund Management & Withdrawals
3.1. Full Fund Access – Users can withdraw their margin, principal, and profits at any time, subject to platform policies and any applicable processing times.
3.2. No Third-Party Responsibility – TradeBNB.AI is not responsible for delays, fees, or restrictions imposed by third-party financial institutions or blockchain networks.
3.3. No Refund Policy – Due to the nature of financial trading, all trades executed are final, and TradeBNB.AI does not offer refunds or reversals.
4. Legal Compliance & User Responsibilities
